Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Unfed Space ("Unfed", "the service", "we"). By creating a space you agree to them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are

Unfed Space is operated by Twój Wuja Jakub Sroka, a sole proprietorship entered in the Polish Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG), ul. Marszałkowska 58, 00-545 Warszawa, Poland, NIP PL7511744403, REGON 387212660. Contact: hello@unfed.space.

2. What Unfed is

Unfed generates and hosts a public portfolio website at your-name.unfed.space from the Instagram account you connect. You need a free Instagram Creator or Business account to use it. Some features may require a paid plan; the applicable price and terms are shown before you subscribe.

3. Your account

Sign-in is passwordless, through Instagram or an email link. You are responsible for keeping access to the Instagram account and email address linked to your Unfed account, and for activity that takes place under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@unfed.space if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

4. Your content

Your posts stay yours. By connecting your account you grant us the permission we need to import, process (including AI-generated titles and descriptions, when enabled), store and publicly display that content as your Unfed page — that is the service. You can revoke it at any time by deleting your account, which takes the page down.

You are responsible for what your page shows. You confirm that you hold the necessary rights to the content you connect, and that it is not unlawful, infringing, hateful, deceptive, or otherwise in breach of these terms or Instagram's terms. We may remove content or take down pages that breach this.

5. Your subdomain

Your subdomain is claimed when your space goes live and cannot be changed afterwards. We may reclaim or reassign subdomains that infringe someone's rights, impersonate others, are used unlawfully, or belong to deleted accounts.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no unlawful, infringing or harmful content; no attempts to break, overload, probe or circumvent the service or its security; no scraping or reselling the platform; and no use that violates Instagram's or Meta's terms. We may suspend access to protect the service or other users.

7. Availability and changes

Unfed is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep pages fast and online but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability, and we may change, add or discontinue features. Where a change materially reduces the service, we will give reasonable notice where practicable.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit or goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. If you are a consumer, your mandatory statutory rights are unaffected.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practicable. On termination your page is taken down and your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence still apply, and you may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under those rules.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; when we do, we will update the date above and, for material changes, notify account holders. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
